Developed in-depth analysis of the global electrical steels market, including supply and demand dynamics, market segmentation and value-in-use for customers, steering an investment of over €300 million to change commercial strategy and increase IRR from 10% to 17%. Grew sales in the Caribbean, South America’s north coast and USA by 3,500% between 2015 to 2018 (from 2kiltons to 70kiltons per year), capturing 15% of market share in the Dominican Republic and contributing to over US$40 million of incremental annual sales.
