we are in today, it is not what you know, but who you know. After working at Bear Stearns for a year, I decided I wanted to work for a small company, where I could be impactful and obtain ownership and “move the needle.” I know a couple guys that owned a de- velopment company and the entrepreneurial spirit was at- tractive and enticing. I jumped ship into real estate and love it. It is dynamic, difficult and can be a game of chess with complex problem solving and anticipating issues that could come up and having solutions in place. What unique qualities and or personality do you feel makes you most suc- cessful in your profession? Work ethic, dedication, loy- alty, attention to detail and ability to retain information and make quick decisions. What outside activities do you enjoy during your free time?
