VERY SMALL PREMIX TIPS, 4029-03

Ø 1.00 (25.4)

For applications where a premix burner smaller than a 4624 is needed, consider the 4029-03. The open flow area is only 0.0334 inch² (21.5 mm²) which delivers about 1/3 the capacity of the 4624-02. This tip has a two-piece design. The body which includes the 1/4 " NPT threaded inlet connection is made from steel. The tile or “cap” is 304 stainless-steel. The highest mixture pressure that the tip will operate at is 10"w.c. (24.9 mbar), but like the 4624 the recommended inlet pressure is 4“w.c. (10 mbar). The flame is approximately 2 1/2 " (64 mm) long and can be difficult to see in a well-lit room until it warms up. 4029-03-M
