The Joint Health Sciences Center is the first building of its kind in New Jersey, combining the assets of multiple institutions. The 100,000 SF facility is divided into 65,000 SF of research laboratories and support, with 35,000 SF of academic spaces. The building co-locates students at various academic aspirations to share assets ranging from laboratories, equipment, and classrooms – while at the same time exposing students to a broader field and depth of educational rigor. Diverse programs will provide shared biomedical research, biomedical and biomechanical clini- cal, simulation laboratories and instructional spaces sup- porting a range of degree programs. On behalf of Holy Redeemer Health System, one of the Philadelphia region’s last independent hospital operators, MRAGroup developed its latest 11,000 SF outpatient care facility to accommodate both a thriving Redeemer Health- care practice and a new Vybe Urgent Care, an independent operator of urgent care centers. The outpatient care center was established through a collaboration between Redeem- er Pediatric Urgent Care and vybe urgent care. In total, the outpatient center offers pediatric and adult urgent care, specialty physician services, obstetrics and gynecology, imaging and diagnostic testing. The LARGEST MEDICAL PROPERTIES PROJECT of 2019 Size: 32,000 SF Human services agency Community Services Group re- cently moved into its newly built programs and offices facility at Greenfield Corporate Center in Lancaster, PA. Known as CSG, the agency leases the 32,000 SF building from High Real Estate Group LLC. Ninety outpatient, case management, and mental health services employees were relocated to the new facility, which has room for up to 125 employees. The building was carefully designed to meet the needs of CSG and those in the community whom they serve. Greenfield Architects Ltd. designed the project, and High Construction Company is the general contractor.

Size: 36,000 SF MRA completed the construction phase of this state-of-the- art community-based medical services facility in Warmin- ster, PA. Holy Redeemer Health System will be the lead ten- ant at the site as part of their strategic initiative to expand its outreach efforts to patients throughout Bucks County. The facility will offer a range of ambulatory services, including radiology, population health, laboratory, as well as primary and specialty physician services. The new facility is being developed through the methodology called “dreamscaping” that uses design to foster the best possible experience for patients. The facility’s design represents the next genera- tion in community-based healthcare delivery. Muve Health models its recovery rooms after five-star hotels.

Size: 45,000 SF Kinsley constructed this new three-story, medical office building, which includes 25 exam rooms, two state-of-the- art digital x-ray units, a 4,900 SF physical therapy area utilized for rehabilitation services, space for pre-admin- istration services and an Orthopaedic Urgent Care open five days a week. With an aggressive six-month schedule, Kinsley used in-house resource to expedite work includ- ing BIM coordination during design, ongoing meetings to review the schedule with the project team and subcontrac- tors, and daily communication with the owner and archi- tect to share changes immediately with the field.

A seven-story women’s health facility in the Town Center mixed-use complex at the Village at Valley Forge. Main Line Health, in partnership with Axia Women’s Health, will offer primary care, heart health, obstetrics and gyne- cology, breast health, skin care, and emotional wellness. An ambulatory care center within the facility will offer services to men and women, including cardiology and car- diac testing, endocrinology, neurology, orthopedics, imag- ing, physical therapy and lab services. Composed of pre- cast architectural concrete and metal panels, construction is targeted for a sustainability level of three Green Globes, on a scale of one to four.
