What I did: • Learn modules within the Business side of Skyward. • Take service calls by email and phone. • Practice presenting skills for future trainings and User Group sessions. • Collaborated with my team to help each other solve service calls. • Attended weekly team meetings to discuss individual and team goals for the week. What I liked: • The welcoming environment Skyward brought on my first day. • The training process was fun, exciting and stress-free. • Everyone there wants you to succeed and will give you the resources to do so. • The amount of opportunities to grow in the company. Future Dream Job: Not sure as long as I am happy/content in whatever I am doing.
