• At least 5 years’ demonstrable experience in Project management, including 2015 CDM regulations as to contract management, tendering. For Contracts exceeding £5m • Experience working on building projects in a listed/ heritage building environment • Extensive knowledge and experience of successful project management • Track record of managing successful programme and project delivery in line with desired outcomes and agreed quality, time and cost limits • Experience working successfully on multiple projects at the same time • Knowledge of and experience in successfully applying recognised programme and project management methodologies • Proven experience of appropriate use of project management tools and techniques to enable successful programme and project delivery • Good hands-on abilities in Microsoft Office and Project and other specialist project management applications
