La Garderie les P’tits coeurs déménage à Limoges
«Nous sommes vraiment heureuses de la collaboration de La Nation, de dire Mme Pilote. Les mêmes services sont maintenus pendant l’année scolaire, soit un service de garde pour les 18 mois à 12 ans. Notre service de garde pour les plus jeunes est à temps plein et pour les grands, nous les accueillons avant et après les classes mais aussi pendant les jours fériés», a déclaré Mme Pilote. NDDHS 50th reunion Before Russell had its own English high schools, many Russell students attended North Dundas District High School near Chesterville, and those alumni are now being sought to attend the NDDHS 50th anniversary reunion. The reunion will be held June 28 and 29, beginning with a cocktail party at the school’s gym on Friday night. Sat- urday events include school tours, memory rooms, a staff lounge event, and evening entertainment with band Shot in the Dark. Early bird registration ended June 5 and hundreds have reg- istered, but the committee is asking alumni to spread the word.

Un par- tenariat avec la municipalité de La Nation a été conclu afin de lui louer des locaux adaptés et modernes pour ses activités. C’est avec le sourire que la directrice, Camille Lalonde, a annoncé la nouvelle. Du coup, les emplois - plus d’une dizaine - ont été conservés, et c’est avec soulagement que les éducatrices ont accueilli la nou- velle. Les locaux de la rue des Bénévoles, modernes et adaptés à une garderie, sont idéalement placés puisqu’ils se situent juste à côté du parc à jets d’eau du village de Li- moges. «Nous venons tout juste de terminer notre déménagement et notre camp d’été a débuté cette semaine. Les parents peuvent encore inscrire leurs enfants chez nous», a expliqué la trésorière au conseil d’adminis- tration de la garderie, Véronique Pilon. Rappelons que la Garderie les P’tits cœurs avait dû laisser ses locaux situés sur les ter- rains de l’École publique de la Rivière Cas- tor, à Embrun, qui avait mis fin au partena- riat avec la garderie. Désirant poursuivre ses activités, le CA de la garderie avait tout mis en œuvre pour se reloger.
