Three candidates in the upcoming federal election met with a group of women, last Wednesday in Rockland, to present their election platform on the status of women. This evening, organized by Maison Interlude, the Centre Novas- CALACS francophone de Prescott-Russell and the Prescott-Russell Women’s Leadership, gave Francis Drouin, from the Liberal party, Constantin Malakos, from the NDP, and Pierre Lemieux, from the Conservative Party, the opportunity to have a one-on-one meeting with the women present. —photos Annie Lafortune
