to be involved. Deputy Head of House Flynn Topham was also a consistently positive role model, stepping up whenever required to help with the organisation of the House. We are grateful that they willingly gave up their time and put in the effort to support Condell's House this year. A significant strength of Condell’s is the connection between the year groups and the relationships formed as a result. Mentor groups, led by the House staff, allow this to develop. Many thanks to Olivia Austin, Matt Cortesi, Jen Thomas, Kirsty Howatson, Sam Squire, and Paul McCarthy for the work they have done in the House to support us over the year. Particular highlights this year were the events that reflected this, showing collaboration and teamwork across the year groups: House Music, House Plays, House Debating, House Haka and House Chess. As Head of House, Harry Sharr deserves much credit for the way he led the House, with positivity, and a sense of humour, organising and directing the House play and coordinating events such as House Music while being involved in the senior production and 1st XI football and cricket. Harry has been an approachable, positive role model, representing the House with pride while enjoying the opportunities

The first whole House event of 2022 was athletics. Harry Sharr, Flynn Topham, Finlay Broomhall and Spencer Smith organised the many heats and encouraged everyone to get out there and have a go while leading by example. The House achieved positive results in the track events but struggled to be competitive in the field events, mainly because of a lack of numbers.
