TTEC Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Council, whose executive sponsor is the chief people officer, brings together company leaders representing a range of ethnicities, nationalities, genders, abilities, and sexual orientations who advise TTEC management on DE&I best practices and support our Employee Resources Groups. TTEC Disclosure Committee, chaired by the chief financial officer, focuses on the accuracy of our public disclosures about the state of the business, including our periodic financial reporting. TTEC Healthcare Committee, co-chaired by the chief compliance officer and the ranking executive in charge of our Healthcare client portfolio, focuses on how we serve our healthcare industry clients and their customers to meet regulatory requirements and best practices.
Subject matter expert steering committees
The work of our ESG Executive Council builds on the ongoing efforts of our focused steering committees of experts: TTEC Ethics and Compliance Steering Committee, chaired by our chief risk officer, focuses on promoting ethical ways of doing business through our TTEC Code of Ethics, We Hear You (WHY) helpline, and our compliance training curriculum. TTEC Security Steering Committee, chaired by our chief security officer, focuses on technology security, compliance, and reliability, data governance, and business continuity initiatives.
