Materiality assessment Our impact and sustainability program is designed to align with our stakeholders’ priorities. In 2023, we updated our ESG materiality assessment (previously conducted in 2018) to learn what matters most to our employees, clients, Board, and investors when selecting employers, service providers, and investments. We augmented these insights with input from various assessment frameworks, rating agencies, and emerging regulations. We learned that our stakeholders endorse our commitment to our people and communities where we live and work. It became clear our stakeholders want us to do more for the environment and they expect us to continue our tradition of good governance. Inspired by this feedback, we rebranded our program and this Report from ESG to TTEC Impact and Sustainability Report. We also sharpened our focus on the following priorities for 2023-2025:

Informed by our 2023 materiality assessment, we continue to evolve our impact and sustainability priorities and vision. In 2024, our plans include enhancing employee training and retention, taking our DE&I program global, leveraging our philanthropic efforts to impact our communities, and focusing on the well-being of our employees through innovative health and safety initiatives. Further, we intend to continue to streamline processes to reduce waste, track CO₂ emissions and launch programs to reduce them, and expand our recycling and reuse programs. We are committed to bolstering security to safeguard our data and the data belonging to our employees, our clients, and our clients’ customers.
