• Impact, Sustainability, and Diversity dashboard: The Diversity Council collaborated with IT and other internal department leads to build a digital hub to capture critical data points related to DE&I, philanthropy, and sustainability to ensure TTEC remains the Employer of Choice. • DE&I global calendar: DE&I is not a seasonal holiday to be celebrated at a designated time of year; at TTEC, advocacy is a yearlong endeavor. We commemorate World Mental Health Day, Breast Cancer Awareness Month, International Transgender Day of Visibility, Women’s Equality Day, Neurodiversity Month, and much more. DE&I is promoted through our monthly TTEC in Action newsletter and on social media channels. We ask our employees to alert us to holidays that are important to them and their cultures so we can celebrate with everyone. • Spectrum , our DE&I group in the Philippines, was active in 2023. More than 700 employees participated in the Metro Manila Pride March and more showed up for the Iloilo Pride March in October. Spectrum partnered with Philippine Financial Inter-industry Pride (PFIP), an NGO that promotes LGBTQ+ inclusion. Its Think Green, Live Green group took part in a waste cleanup project to benefit women-owned small businesses in Las Pinas. Looking ahead, the Diversity Council continues to partner with Management Leadership for Tomorrow with the objective of becoming a designated Black equity-certified employer by 2024.
