About This Report TTEC’s Impact and Sustainability Report contains relevant metrics in accordance with the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) standards and Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) framework. This document, which serves as TTEC’s 2023 Environmental, Social, and Governance Report, chronicles a more diverse range of initiatives than were covered in previous years. This report seeks to illustrate how an agile company evolves and enriches proven strategies to achieve ambitious impact and sustainability goals through ethical decision-making and governance. The scope of performance data in this report is companywide for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, and all financial information is presented in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. We have conducted a rigorous internal review process of the report content, including subject matter reviews and validation. This report has not been externally assured.
