Philanthropy

In 2023, the TTEC Foundation approved 93 employee-sponsored grants globally, totaling nearly $280,000. Monetary donations and tangible gifts are awarded to a vast array of causes and here are just a few highlights from across our geographies: During summer 2023, we staged a Grand Donation event in the Philippines, where we visited 12 schools and institutions simultaneously on the same date to present worthy groups with donations valued at more than $35,000. Computer laptops and tablets were issued to enhance the learning experience. TTEC Foundation also unveiled plans to build a music library and a deep well water system in a remote location of the Philippines. TTEC Foundation is passionate about education. Each year, we seek new ways to uplift communities where our employees live and work by providing funds, volunteers, in-kind services, and donations of technology focused on those in greatest need.” —Rich Herbst, VP, Learning and Development TTEC Foundation Chair

The sense of belonging and deep connections we nurture through diversity and inclusion is bolstered by TTEC’s global philanthropic endeavors. We encourage our employees to call our attention to causes that matter most to them — community needs that may not even be on our radar — so support and resources can make a difference in people’s lives. TTEC Foundation Our Foundation is employee-driven. Grant requests are initiated by our own people and community leaders because they witness firsthand the need for education and other resources that can improve the lives of children in need. We fund programs across the globe and focus on literacy, technology, state-of-the-art learning environments, and tools.

All told, 5,000 students across the Philippines benefited.
