TTEC 2023 Impact & Sustainability Report

• Lifting up children with challenges: Construction of a training and rehabilitation center for children with intellectual disabilities was completed in September 2023, thanks to a $66,000 grant from the TTEC India Foundation. The goal of the project, in partnership with the Chinmay Residential Institute for Mentally Challenged Children, is to defray operating expenses and double capacity of the center from today’s 50 children to 100 children over the next three years. $66K TTEC India Foundation grant funds construction of center for children with intellectual disabilities • Walking for causes: The 2023 TTEC Charity Walk raised $37,500 to benefit four NGOs supporting specific groups in need: education and rehabilitation of the most vulnerable children in rural areas, underprivileged patients in need of comprehensive cancer care, surgical treatment to address health issues of underserved children and women in remote villages, and higher education and vocational skills training for girls. • Showcasing excellence to emulate: Nothing inspires us more than people who excel in the face of challenges, always with a smile. That’s why the TTEC India Foundation funded a $10,000 sponsorship of Paralympic Sports athlete Bhavani Kedia, representing India in the World Deaf Tennis Championship in 2023. 300 toilets constructed for families in Indian villages

TTEC India Foundation • Improving sanitation: Founded in 2021, the TTEC India Foundation allocated $82,000 to construct 1,000 toilets for families in Indian villages lacking proper sanitation. The pledge is part of a five-year plan and the first batch of 300 units was constructed and delivered in 2023 to three remote villages outside the city of Ahmedabad. Lack of proper sanitation poses health risks and affects the dignity and quality of life of those living in these areas. By providing toilets to private homes, TTEC is helping to improve the sanitation infrastructure, promote better hygiene practices, and reduce disease risk.

In our philanthropic endeavors, we don’t measure success solely in dollars; we measure it by the lasting change we can bring and how we can impact lives in a meaningful way.” —Arnab Ray, Head of APAC and India Operations
