Leveraging the feedback from our stakeholders, we also rebranded this document from ESG Report to Impact and Sustainability Report, highlighting how TTEC contributes to a diverse, fair, sustainable, and ethical future, while exceeding expectations of clients, stockholders, employees, partners, and other stakeholders.
TTEC focuses on people helping people and our impact and sustainability priorities align squarely with these goals. Although our commitment to sustainable growth is not new, how we execute on it continues to evolve with new technologies and ways of working. Current economic headwinds in many of our markets require us to fine-tune our priorities and channel our resources and energies where we can do the most good. We continue to see great opportunity to make a positive impact by maximizing shareholder value through investment in our people, our service offerings, and into the communities where we live and work.
