TTEC’s impact on the environment
Carbon Disclosure Project scores TTEC is committed to doing its part to mitigate climate change and publishes its Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) scores each year. By tracking our performance, we can identify opportunities for improvement and build on momentum where we have seen success. By participating in the Carbon Disclosure Project, which is aligned with the Task Force for Climate- related Financial Disclosures, TTEC is able to capture a snapshot of our environmental performance and publish data in a singular disclosure. In 2023, TTEC’s overall score was D (Disclosure), which signifies our disclosure, awareness, and transparency about climate issues. According to CDP, approximately 27% of North American IT and software companies received a comparable score in 2023.

TTEC is committed to continuous improvement aimed at minimizing our environmental impact. TTEC’s environmental commitments will continue to evolve in 2024 by working with industry leaders. We strive to achieve a higher CDP ranking and move to a C score.
