2023 Impact and Sustainability Report - Environmental - TTEC’s impact on the environment

As a customer experience as a service (CXaaS) technology Company, we do not have a water intensive footprint. Our water utilization is minimal, and we do not believe that our operations have a significant impact on water conservation areas as designated by national/international government bodies or NGOs. Therefore, we have not conducted a water stress analysis. TTEC integrates environmental considerations into all strategic planning decisions, prioritizing small carbon footprint and resource preservation as we consider strategic business alternatives. We substantially rely on third-party vendors for data center management and therefore do not directly participate in data center planning activities.
