Key result areas:
• To provide high quality advice and leadership • To work effectively within management and process systems
• To participate in the preparation of business cases • To participate in the preparation of progress reports • Responsibility for review and assurance of technical designs related to the redevelopment programme • Responsibility for delivering value for money environmentally sustainable design and project life cycle analysis. • Responsibility for delivering value for money smart/digital design • Management of sign-off of design through nominated Technical Leads from ICT, Engineering and Estate departments. • The provision of leadership and direction of the Trust’s appointed technical advisers. • Management of the technical commissioning process • To support surveys and preparations of drawings, specifications, and tender documents • To monitor cost of delegated St. Mary’s projects and liaise with Redevelopment leads • To deliver within line management supervision, quality, projects on time and to budget • To participate for the operational commissioning of health service buildings
