4.4. Contribute to the procurement route selection through preparation and presentation of a Procurement Report examining pros and cons of each route. 4.5. Provide commercial advice relating to design and construction procurement, particularly regarding structure, contract management and risk transfer 4.6. To provide expert technical support and advice to other members of the Redevelopment Team, assisting with design, Gateway and stage reviews, collating documentation and responses to relevant requests for information. 4.7. To provide leadership and support to the Programme Office Team on implementation of agreed common approaches and standards used regularly in Project construction specification and delivery. 4.8. To assist in the development, collation and timely production, of regular reports to Programme and Project Boards working closely with Project leads in securing information in a suitable and timely fashion. 4.9. To identify and manage all risks/issues associated with delivery of the Programme, logging them onto the Programme’s risk register and escalating as necessary to the Programme Director and Board, matters requiring resolution at a higher level. 4.10. To contribute to ICHT Programme Management Office priority processes and activities (e.g. programming, risk, benefits, assurance, reporting, and quality and service standards) are developed, maintained and effectively implemented. 5. Sustainability 5.1. Lead the redevelopment response to the delivery of net carbon zero infrastructure programme. 5.2. Manage the integration of sustainability initiatives into the Redevelopment programme and design process. 5.3. Assure Redevelopment Programme adheres to National and Trust standards, requirements for building certifications (eg. BREEAM, LEED) and obtaining the right balance between certification requirements and long-term asset management, maintenance and operation. 5.4. Staying on top of research and publications regarding theorised innovations in sustainability and actively providing advice on how these could be implemented (i.. Advising on the latest low or zero-carbon technologies. )

5.5. Recruitment and management of the Carbon Zero Manager position.

5.6. Ensure Trust adheres to national sustainability targets and requirements.

5.7. Contribute to the development of sustainability targets and benefits development as part of the development of Redevelopment Programme business cases. 5.8. Ensure quantification of sustainability requirements are captured within the redevelopment business cases. 5.9. Demonstrate a personal commitment to the Trust’s Sustainable Development Management Plan and to take personal responsibility for carrying-out your work duties in a way, which is compliant with this Plan. 15
