Biddle's Air2Air Heat Recovery System maintains fresh, filtered air quality while minimising the energy penalty of ventilation. Using counterflow heat recovery technology, stale outgoing air is transferred to cool incoming fresh air – recovering up to 95% of the heat that would otherwise be lost. HUMIDITY MANAGEMENT From busy trading times to heatwaves, in-store humidity builds year-round. Continuous air exchange through the Air2Air system actively displaces humid indoor air with fresh, filtered air from the atmosphere. In summer, the built-in bypass mode brings in cooler outside air directly, aiding both temperature and humidity control during warmer periods. AIR QUALITY & CO 2 The Air2Air system supports compliance with Approved Document F (Volume 2), which now requires CO₂ monitoring in new non-domestic builds. CO₂ control mode adjusts ventilation rates based on occupancy, meaning air quality remains high during peak trading.
