AVIS : DEMANDES D’AUTORISATION Les demandes d’autorisation suivantes ont été déposées au service d’Urbanisme et de Foresterie de la corporation des Comtés unis de Prescott et Russell : B-008-2026 : Cette demande d’autorisation vise à obtenir l’approbation de diviser 0.041 hectare d’une propriété située au 2415-2417, rue Albert pour la création d’un nouveau lot sur la rue Albert dans la ville de Rockland. Le terrain visé est décrit comme étant une partie du lot 28, concession 1 (o.s.), dans l’ancienne ville de Rockland, maintenant dans la cité de Clarence-Rockland. B-010-2026 : Cette demande d’autorisation vise à obtenir l’approbation de diviser 0.041 hectare d’une propriété située au 901, rue St-Jean pour la création d’un nouveau lot avec une servitude sur la rue St-Jean dans la ville de Rockland. Le terrain visé est décrit comme étant une partie du lot 27, concession 1(o.s.), dans l’ancienne ville de Rockland, maintenant dans la cité de Clarence-Rockland. B-013-2026 : Cette demande d’autorisation vise à obtenir l’approbation de diviser 0.635 hectare d’une propriété située au 4092, rue Champlain au sud du village de Bourget pour des fins de lot surplus à la ferme. Le terrain visé est décrit comme étant une partie des lots 22 & 23, concession 5, dans l’ancien canton Clarence, maintenant dans la cité de Clarence- Rockland. The subject land is described as part of Lot 28, Concession 1 Old Survey, in the former Town of Rockland now in the City of Clarence-Rockland. B-010-2026: The purpose of this application is to obtain approval to sever 0.041 hectare from a property located at 901 St-Jean Street for the creation of a new lot with an easement on St-Jean Street in the Town of Rockland. The subject land is described as Part of Lot 27, Concession 1 Old Survey, in the former Town of Rockland now in the City of Clarence- Rockland. B-013-2026: The purpose of this application is to obtain approval to sever 0.635 hectare from a property located at 4092 Champlain Street south of the village of Bourget as a lot surplus to a farming operation. The subject land is described as a part of Lots 22 & 23, Concession 5, in the former Township of Clarence now in the City of Clarence-Rockland.
