Significant, relevant experience in a construction health and safety role for similar sized complex organisation or major contractor Experience of developing policies and procedures, together with health and safety information management

Experience of health and safety risk management

Experience of working with and influencing senior management Experience of diagnosing training needs and developing/delivering suitable training programmes Experience of dealing with data protection and document retention issues relating to health and safety Experience of dealing with Estates and Facilities-related H&S issues, e.g., those relating to construction, contractors, maintenance, asbestos, legionella and CDM 2015 Detailed knowledge of current health and safety legislation and safety management systems Knowledge of fire safety legislation and fire safety management Sufficient knowledge and experience to be able to conduct suitable and sufficient health and safety investigations. Significant knowledge of the Health and Safety at Work Etc. Act 1974 and associated legislation Knowledge of the Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Order Significant Knowledge of the Construction Design and Management Regulations and experience in the role of Principal Designer
