Here are some symptoms you are probabaly suffering from: • Constant pain in only one side of your buttock or leg (rarely in both your legs) • You have pain that is worse when sitting • You have leg pain that is often described as burning, tingling, or searing (versus a dull ache) • You notice weakness, numbness, or difficulty moving your leg, foot, and/or toes • You feel a sharp pain may make it difficult for you to stand up or walk • You wince when you have pain that radiates down the leg and possibly into the foot and toes (it rarely occurs only in the foot) Your sciatic pain can vary from infrequent and irritating to constant and incapacitating. Symptoms that you suffer with are usually based on the location of your pinched nerve. While your symptoms can be painful and potentially debilitating, it is rare that you will have permanent sciatic nerve damage (tissue damage). There are very effective and natural ways to stop sciatica pain the most effective is physical therapy.

You should always try physical therapy first with a certified physical therapist, before trying other aggressive medical procedures for your sciatica or back pain.
