The buyer, Halzlucha, LLC, was secured and represented by Dunkle as well. “Brickbox Enterprises LTD had owned the property since 2006 and wanted to sell to further their investments into other assets through individual 1031 exchanges,” said Dunkle. “Both parties are involved in a 1031 exchange.” The four-story, brick & ma- sonry office building is located
