PORTFOLIO OF PUBS AND HOTELS HITS THE MARKET A quartet of boutique hotels and restaurants in Gloucestershire is up for sale. Property experts Savills is marketing the portfolio on behalf of Barons Eden Limited. Huxleys Restaurant and Island House, both in Chipping Campden, The Dial House Hotel in Bourton-on-the-Water and The Old Bank in Moreton-in-Marsh are on the market. James Greenslade, associate director in the hotels team at Savills, said: "These four charming assets provide a rare opportunity to acquire properties in the picturesque Cotswolds villages. "Each one is unique in its character and all provide a range of opportunities for new owners, in particular the redevelopment of Island House could work well in conjunction with the existing operation at Huxleys" l It has proven to be a smash hit with mobile users across the planet and for a spell was the number one download in 81 countries. Neon Play was founded by Oli Christie in 2010, after he spotted a gap in the market for iPhone games and within two years the company had achieved a staggering 60million downloads l MOBILE GAME DESIGNED IN THE COTSWOLDS REACHES 50 MILLION DOWNLOADS Demand seems to know no bounds for a mobile phone game created in the Cotswolds, which has become a world- wide hit and reached number one in 80- plus countries. Roller Splat, created by Cirencester-based Neon Play, topped the free download charts in the United States - ahead of YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat and Netflix. The game sees the user swipe to send a paintball through a clean white maze with each level completed once the maze is fully painted.

£3MILLION WONDER- HOME WAS BUILT BY CINDERFORD CONSTRUCTION FIRM A builder from Cinderford has been revealed as the man who turned ambitious plans into a £3million wonder home in a Gloucestershire beauty spot. The Outhouse, in Brockweir in theWye Valley, has been put on the market for £2.89million, with the owners who comissioned the design selling up. The 5,000 square foot property features stunning views of the valley, three bedrooms and three studio rooms around an internal courtyard. It was built by Cinderford-based Milliner Construction, a building firm headed by Cinderford resident Christopher Milliner. Milliner Construction is a business which has become a go-to name in a niche market of one-off luxury homes.
