MINCHINHAMPTON BRIDAL BOUTIQUE WITH ROYAL STAMP OF APPROVAL HAS BEEN SOLD An exclusive bridal boutique in Minchinhampton has been acquired by new owners. The White Room, which sells luxury wedding dresses by internationally acclaimed designers including Jenny Packham and Suzanne Neville, has been bought by business partners Zoey Jayaweera and Alex Caudle. Former customers include the Queen's granddaughter, Zara Phillips, who chose her wedding gown fromTheWhite Room for her marriage to ex-England rugby captain Mike Tindall in 2011. Zoey and Alex acquired TheWhite Room, established in 2009, from the shop's founders, with advice from law firm Meade King. Zoey is a former dental practice manager and qualified personal stylist, while Alex has a background in retail fashion and beauty. Local solicitor Alexander Hall, a partner in Meade King's company and commercial team who lives in the neighbouring village ofWoodchester, advised the duo on the acquisition and share purchase agreement l HOUSEBUILDER AIMS TO BUILD 200 NEW GLOUCESTERSHIRE HOMES After building 50-plus homes in Gloucestershire in the last year, a county firm has revealed it aims to build four times that amount. Declaring what it called a "robust" financial position in its annual results and a £25.5 million turnover, the company also laid out its ambitions for the 2019/2020.

In the last year, Two Rivers Housing, which employs 146 staff in Gloucestershire, said it had spent £16.3 million on new homes and £2.4 million upgrading its existing homes. "Our new-build programme continues to go from strength to strength, with 56 homes

completed this year and a further 212 homes in the pipeline," said Garry King, chief executive of the independent Newent-based not-for-profit organisation. The group's surplus on reserves at the end of the financial year was £44.7million (2018: £41.6million). Two Rivers Housing was formed following the large- scale voluntary transfer of properties from the Forest of Dean District Council in 2003 l
