Try this simple exercise to help you feel better... Always consult your physical therapist or physician before starting exercises you are unsure of doing.

STRAIGHT LEG RAISE While lying or sitting, raise up your leg with a straight knee and your toes pointed outward. Do this 5-8 times on each side. Good For Knee Pain
