The arrival of warmer weather prompts green thumbs to start thumbing seed cata- logues and entertaining visions of lush gardens. Some memories of spring and sum- mer are preserved year-round at local farmers’ markets, such as the one in Vankleek Hill. During the winter months, the Saturday market is held indoors at Vankleek Hill Collegiate Institute.
