Linda, and two sons. We spent two hours together and touched on various topics such as college education in the US, the Dulwich Global Olympiad (to be held in Beijing at the end of March 2015) and anecdotes of Jack Ma and his company, Alibaba. (Navjot Singh (96-98) works for Jack Ma in Hangzhou and he took the early train that morning to make it to the reunion.) We are all looking forward to future events! The food was fresh, unpretentious Thai, without compromise for western palates. A dozen OAs attended but Ned’s cut-out – usually a regular at our reunion dinners – was absent because Thai house. He will, however, be back. Following a reception on the upper floor, with wines and appetisers, we moved down to the garden and enjoyed early evening sunshine under the tree canopy. A buffet table loaded with delicious Thai dishes awaited. We were especially pleased to enjoy the company of Grant Christison (42-44), nephew of the famed McCulloch Christison, and Faisal Qadir (79-84) Chris Sexton (54-58) Marilyn Sexton (Guest) his charming wife, Thelma. Seven decades of OAs were represented, ranging from Grant (42-44) to Oliver Bubb-Humfryes (02-10). As approximately 60% of those in attendance were at Dulwich in the same decade, many memories and laughs were shared to the amusement of our youngest member. Dr Niven enlivened the group with an excellent input on the College past and present, and reflections and anecdotes were shared by Geoff Maile (55-62) and Bill Crowther (49-59).
