Print sudoku http://1sudoku.com After years of practicing poor posture, your back, shoulder and neck muscles will likely find standing or sitting with straight posture to be uncomfortable. The small Pilates classes helps me feel like I’m more likely to do the exercises correctly because I can ask questions. I love the location because it’s so easy to get to and not in a busy area of town! The bathroom/ changing rooms are awesome! The amenities provided in them have been a life saver sometimes. While I’ve never needed to use the showers I absolutely love the fact they are available!” - J.C. 9 7
