The Kislak Company Relationship Building: The Foundation of Success
fter a strong 2014, Kislak has experi- enced continued suc- cess in 2015. Thanks to a strong work ethic and a determined focus on meet- ing clients’ needs, Kislak remains a market leader no matter what the market brings to bear. Of course, it’s a little easier as the prolonged historically low interest rates contribute to aggressive pricing and pur- chasing, and high demand for multifamily and all com- mercial property types. Still, finding, making and A
portant and effective today as they were in 1906. It was our well-established reputation as a leader in multifamily property sales in New Jersey that last year led to Kislak’s selection as the exclusive broker for Rachel Gardens and to a remarkable $136 million sale. And our performance during the first six months of this year has been record-breaking both in terms of the number of transactions closed and our transaction volume. I expect significant year-over-year growth. Relationship-building was also an important factor in a move that is broadening our horizons and our opportuni- ties. With our recent hiring of a talented trio previously with Coldwell Banker Com- mercial Feist & Feist Realty Corp., we are now able to expand Kislak’s commercial sales and leasing division. Peter Wisniewski has been appointed an executive vice president and will lead the division, which includes Dor- othy LeGreca, a senior vice president, and Sean Cust, an associate. Their expertise and suc- cessful track record handling commercial sales and leasing transactions will be an excel- lent complement to our in- vestment sales business. The team’s specialties including office/industrial sales and leasing and retail leasing/ tenant representation work on a regional basis. The timing was right for Kislak and Peter’s team and we are excited to have them join us. Many of our invest- ment real estate clients and investors have other com- mercial real estate needs and our expanded commercial sales and leasing division will allow us to better serve those needs. I am immensely proud of everyone on our team and all of their accomplishments. Time and again, we produce astonishing results of record cap rates and prices for our clients, strengthening our reputation as the most suc- cessful broker of multifamily and other investment proper- ties in New Jersey. And year after year, we continue to reach out to clients old and new, each handshake, each deal, each success leading to the next. n
