Richardson International Sustainability Report 2022

Agriculture Commodity Harvest Monitoring Program Specifically designed to serve both our grain and food processing businesses, our annual agriculture commodity harvest monitoring program, which includes the collection and analysis of tens of thousands of representative grain samples each harvest, allows us to capture analytical data and apply our scientific assessment of each crop type to our day-to-day risk management strategies.

Richardson assesses: • Quality of commodity • Nutritional & functional attributes • Food safety attributes

KPIs: Quality and Food Safety The key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurements that we set for ourselves target ongoing improvements in quality and food safety performance, across the organization. In the event of an incident, we leverage our digital incident reporting software solution, where we capture the details of our incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective measures applied in order to eliminate the recurrence of the incident and drive continuous improvement.
