The number of detached listings in Coquitlam decreased to 180 in December, 42% below November and 37% lower year-over-year. The 103 detached sales in December represented an increase of 12% from November and were 102% higher vs December of last year. Coquitlam’s sales-to-listings ratio rose to 57% as the detached segment remained in seller’s market territory. The benchmark price in December was $1.29M, 1.5% higher vs last month and an 11% increase year-over-year. The average sold price was $1.52M in December, up 6% vs last month but 0.8% lower vs last year.
