At 134, the number of townhome listings in Langley were 32% lower month-over-month but 11% higher year-over-year. Townhome sales, at 95, were down 21% month- over-month but 32% higher year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio rose to 71% in December, as Langley’s townhome segment remained in seller’s market territory. The benchmark price in December was $586,800, 1.3% above last month and 6% higher vs last year. The average sold price was $647,867, while the average PSF sales price was $411 (up 6% and 1.7%, respectively, from last month).
