The 81 detached sales in December were 14% lower vs November but were 45% above December 2019. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 58%, as North Vancouver’s detached segment remained a seller’s market. The detached benchmark price in December was $1.70M—up 1.9% month-over-month and 13% above this time last year. The average sold price was $1.85M in December, 4% below November but 0.2% higher year-over-year.
