At 67, the number of townhome listings in North Vancouver was 40% below last month and 4% lower vs December 2019. The 38 townhome sales in December were up 12% from November and 81% higher vs December 2019. The sales-to-listings ratio rose to 57%, as North Vancouver’s townhome market remained favourable to sellers. December’s benchmark price was $1.01M, decreas- ing 2% from November but 9% higher vs last year. The average sold price was $1.09M (1.5% above November) while the average PSF sales price was $699 (an 11% increase from November).
