The number of condo listings in North Vancouver decreased to 227 in December, 44% lower month- over-month but 18% above December 2019. Condo sales were 3% lower month-over-month, at 124, but increased 68% year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 55%, as the condo market for North Vancouver remained in seller’s market territory. The condo benchmark price, at $585,800, was 0.1% higher month-over-month and 6% higher year-over-year. The average sold price of $714,952 was down 0.5% vs November, while at $808, the average PSF sales price was 3% higher month-over-month.
