December’s detached sales (at 28) decreased by 3% month-over-month but rose 115% year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio in December increased to 74%, as Squamish’s detached segment remained in seller’s market territory. At $1.02M, the benchmark price for detached homes was 3% below November but 7% higher vs December 2019. The average sold price of $1.30M was 0.7% below November but 23% higher vs December 2019.
