Condo listings in Squamish in December, at 40, were 29% below November and 17% lower than in December 2019. Year-over-year condo sales were up 108% in December and unchanged month-over-month (at 25). Increasing to 63%, the sales-to-listings ratio for condos in Squamish favoured sellers. December’s condo benchmark price of $479,800 was 3% below November and 1.5% lower year-over-year. The average sold price was $531,448 at an average PSF sales price of $571 (down 5% but up 3%, respec- tively, month-over-month).
