The number of detached listings in Vancouver East in December, at 329, was 35% lower month-over- month and 15% lower year-over-year. The 133 detached sales were 4% lower month-over- month but 82% above December 2019. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 40% in December, as Vancouver East’s detached segment remained favourable to sellers. December’s benchmark price was $1.55M, 0.8% above November and up 10% vs December 2019. The average sold price of $1.70M was 2% above November and up 10% vs December 2019.
