The 56 townhome listings in Vancouver East in December were 39% lower month-over-month but 33% higher year-over-year. The 31 townhome sales in December were 6% below last month but 82% higher vs last year. The sales-to-listings ratio for townhomes increased to 55%, as conditions in Vancouver East’s townhome market remained favourable to sellers. The townhome benchmark price in December was $897,400, down 0.4% from November but 1.3% higher year-over-year. December’s average sold price was $901,231 at an average PSF sales price of $724 (down 10% and 9%, respectively, vs last month).
