Condo listings in Vancouver East decreased 36% month-over-month (to 378) while December’s list- ings were up 35% year-over-year. Condo sales decreased 8% from November (to 148) but were up 51% vs last year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 39%, as Vancouver East’s condo segment remained in sell- er’s market territory. December’s condo benchmark price was $595,300, 1.6% higher month-over-month and 4% above this time last year. The average sold price was $632,053, a 0.5% increase from last month, with an average PSF sales price of $830, 1.8% below last month.
