Bursary Appeal 2022

Transforming lives At Dulwich College, we are committed

to providing educational opportunities

for talented pupils from a wide range of backgrounds, irrespective of their financial circumstances. Through this we help to act as a positive force within our community. The generous support of benefactors is critical to our social mission, and thanks to those of you who have already supported us, we can provide financial aid through means-tested bursaries and scholarships to 38.6% of our senior school pupils. We want to do more, and philanthropic support is a key force of our ambition to help even more pupils in the future. Gifts of every amount make a tremendous difference to generations of Alleynians. I would be deeply grateful if you would consider helping us to increase bursary support to talented pupils by making a donation to the Bursary Appeal 2022. Your gift will help boys to reach their potential. Dr Joe Spence The Master

“I was the youngest of four children growing up in Camberwell. My father died when I was six, and my mother did an incredible job bringing us up. I benefited from the Assisted Places Scheme, the precursor to today’s bursary programme. Without financial support, I wouldn’t have been able to go to Dulwich. Going to Dulwich has been of lifelong benefit to me.” Richard Evans OA (1987-95) received significant financial support to attend Dulwich. After Dulwich, Richard moved to the United States where he specialises in aviation law as a partner in an international law firm. Richard stays connected to the College as our Old Alleynian representative in Los Angeles.
