Nepean scored the only goal of the first period, but made it 2-0 early in the second. The Nats responded with two of their own from Adriano Lombardo-Tullo and Jonathan Swyer before Nepean took one back on a powerplay in the 15th minute. Samuel Beaulne tied up the score for the Nats in the third, but once again Nepean responded to go ahead, eventually increasing their lead further with a last-minute empty net goal. In the end, Nepean negated the Nats earlier win on Friday, taking all two points with a 5-3 victory. Rockland now find themselves in second last place and the road ahead will not offer any relief. The second place Ottawa Junior Senators are coming to Rockland on Friday, Dec. 2. The Nats will then head to Navan to take on the first place Grads the following Sunday.
Double-header weekend against the Nepean Raiders let the Nats put an end to a four-game losing streak, but could not take all four points off the last-place team. Nepean came to the Rockland Arena on Friday, Nov. 25 for the teams’ second meeting this season, the first going to Rockland 4-1 in Nepean. It was another night of penalties for both teams, but the Nats managed to keep the pressure on, scoring three goals in the second period, two more for Nats top scorer Nicholas White, after Nepean opened the scoring in the first. A scoreless third period left the final score at 1-3 Nationals. The second leg of the double-header in Nepean proved less successful for the Nats.

Brunet et Alexandre Charlebois ont marqué deux buts chacun pour Clarence Creek. Tristen Bolduc, Jacob Dorion, Nikolas Guindon, Cooper Hudson, Justin Nolan, et Jaddus Savoie ont terminé le score des Castors avec des simples. Les assistants sur les buts étaient Charlebois, Guindon, Nolan, Bolduc, Ethan Bradley, Jacob Clement, Nicholas Gaumond, et Jacob Hill. Shane Morris a gardé le filet des Castors. Les Castors battent les Rideaus Les Rideau de Westport ont visité Cla- rence Creek dimanche soir et ont perdu contre les Castors 8-2. Alexandre Charlebois et Nikolas Guindon ont chacun marqué deux points pour les Castors. Tristan Bolduc, Nicholas Gaumond, Josh Préfontaine et Jacob Servant ont mis des buts dans le filet de Westport. Les aides aux buts étaient Bolduc, Charlebois, Gaumond, Guindon, Servant, Xavier Brunet, Kyle Connell et Nicholas Stepto. Carson Turner a gardé le but de Clarence Creek. Les Castors sont loin de chez eux pendant le week-end du 2 décembre avec un match vendredi soir contre Westport et samedi soir à Morrisburg.

Le dernier week-end du calendrier des matchs de novembre voit les Castors de Clarence Creek se hisser au quatrième rang du classement de la saison de la Ligue de hockey junior de la capitale nationale. Le Volant de Gatineau-Hull est actuel- lement en tête de la ligue avec 16 parties jouées et une fiche de 14-2 victoires/dé- faites. Derrière eux se trouvent les Rangers de South Grenville avec 15 parties jouées, résultant en 12 victoires, deux défaites et un match nul. Les North Dundas Rockets sont troi- sièmes avec 18 parties jouées, 13 victoires, quatre défaites et un match nul pour leurs résultats. Les Castors suivent avec 17 matchs joués pour 12 victoires et cinq défaites. Les Castors détruisent les Jets Les Castors ont mâché et recraché les Metcalfe Jets 13-3 vendredi soir dernier au Larry Robinson Arena.
