Dear golfer, The golf season is here and on June 7th, 2015, you can test your golf skills at the Knights of Columbus Golf Tournament. The cost is $110.00 per golfer including; BBQ lunch, golf, cart and dinner. Here are a few details on the 2015 Classic: • Prizes for hole in one: Automobile, $10,000, and more. • Prizes for the closest to the pin. • Prizes for the longest drive. • BBQ lunch provided at the Golf Course • Roast beef & chicken dinner served at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 5 Forget, Embrun Enclosed you will find the registration form to reserve your foursome. This form must be received by May 29th, 2015. Back by Popular Demand Early Bird Registration Prize!! Register your foursome along with payment of $440.00 by Friday, May 1st, 2015 and become eligible for a prize including 4 gift certificates valued at $15 each, at the Casselview Clubhouse Restaurant, and four (4) green fees including golf cart to be used anytime during the 2015 season at Casselview Golf Club. A pair of road games in the series is scheduled for Wednesday and Friday nights in Embrun. RUSC soccer draft The Rockland United Soccer Club (RUSC) is looking to expand its adult house league this season. The club is opened to signups for players from outside of the Clarence-Rockland area if they can make the drive to Cheney for the regular season of scheduled games. Interested soccer players for the RUSC adult house league must be at least 18 years and able to play Tuesday evenings at Parc Cheney off of Russell Road in the village of Cheney. This does not by any mean indicate that our tournament would be cancelled on June 7.
Advenant que le 7 juin soit une journée exceptionnellement pluvieuse, le comité du Golf des Chevaliers de Colomb a conclu un accord avec le Club de golf Casselview, qui remettra à chaque joueur un «bon» pour une ronde de golf à une autre date. Il est important de noter que ceci ne veut aucunement dire que notre tournoi serait annulé pour le 7 juin.
