L’Union Culturelle des Franco-Ontariennes est à la recherche D’ANIMATRICES pour offrir des ateliers aux personnes aidantes Vous avez déjà animé des ateliers. Vous êtes à la retraite ou semi-retraitée à la recherche de quelques heures de travail rémunéré. Vous êtes ou avez été une personne aidante, avec quelques heures de libres par mois qui aimerait se changer les idées, jaser avec d’autres francophones et êtes disponibles à offrir du soutien à des personnes dans votre communauté. L’Union Culturelle des Franco-Ontariennes vous attend avec sonprojet : «Vivre comme personnes aidantes ». Nous sommes aussi à la recherche de personnes-ressources pour soutenir les efforts de développement de cercles de soutien pour les personnes aidantes. Nous vous formerons pour animer un atelier «Vivre comme personnes aidantes », destiné aux personnes aidantes francophones ou celles qui désirent les soutenir et leur offrir du répit. Une formation sera aussi offerte aux personnes-ressources de cercles de soutien, pour les personnes aidantes. Une formation d’une journée et demie aura lieu mai 2018 dans votre région. Les dates et les lieux seront déterminés selon les candidates sélectionnées. Notez que les personnes aidantes incluent tous les genres. Summary (key overall function of the position) The Dispatcher is responsible for dispatching propane deliveries to customers as well as providing customer service support on incoming customer lines. This position is also responsible to assist in the planning and forecasting of workloads based on the branch demands and growth Major Responsibilities (listed in order of most important to least important) • Communicate directly with drivers for the purpose of managing current and upcoming delivery demand. • Prepare daily work and route schedules. • If a vehicle needs to go in for service, help coordinate with the Fleet Specialist and the driver and schedule routes accordingly • Create reports with avg sales and build routes to be dispatched to drivers. • Prepare delivery selections within Acomba and manage day to day dispatching within Descartes. • Produce and review various reports. i.e.: performance reports, make necessary adjustments, run out report, follow-up with drivers, call center and daily tracker for driver. • Review and adjust customer account delivery parameters (tank quantity, signage, etc.), as needed. • Review weekend customer service inquiries with respect to delivery and take required action. • Utilize Descartes & Acomba systems and reports to manage delivery operation. • Assist/Train other staff on Descartes and Acomba delivery tools (i.e. delivery record setup, Delivery profile etc.). • Book Hotel room for overnight drivers. • Provide customer service support on incoming customer calls. • Awareness of Propane Handling Code and other codes pertaining to the safe delivery of fuel products. We are a well established residential new- home construction company with development projects in several municipalities including Rockland, Cornwall and Russell. This exciting opportunity requires an individual to work jointly with a team in the planning, viability, development and the execution of residential construction projects. You will review and analyze architectural plans and liaise with architects and engineers to analyze, plan, follow and deliver on various construction projects. You will collaborate with the Municipalities in obtaining building permits and will effectively collect quotes and negotiate with suppliers in order to obtain the best prices as per the allocated budgets. You will participate in the development of project schedules and you will ensure that your deliverables are on time. You will take pride in the administration of your P.O.s and job codes and you will contribute by providing monthly analysis of the job sites related to your section of work. Exigences • Education – A University degree or College diploma in Engineering or related field; • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the residential construction industry. • Proven knowledge of materials, methods and equipment involved in structural works and in the development of subdivisions • Experience in reading and interpreting architectural plans and contract requirements. • Ability to analyze information and evaluate results to recommend the best solutions and solve problems • Ideal candidate must be highly organized with excellent verbal and written communications skills. • Must be able to lead as well as work as part of larger team. Summary (key overall function of the position) Reporting to the Operation Manager, the customer service rep will be responsible in providing excellent service for our customers. The CSR will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Major Responsibilities (listed in order of most important to least important) • Provides exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone • Answers incoming calls and redirects callers to the appropriate department. • Processes orders by verifying the account number, account status and phone number; enter the orders in the call center. • Follow up with dispatch to inform customer of schedule delivery. • Measure customer satisfaction, perceptions and needs. • Acts as the relief receptionist to cover breaks, holidays, and lunch hours. • Assists with other duties as requested. • Confident at troubleshooting and investigate if you don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints.
