DICK’S Sporting Goods, Inc., bringing the sporting goods and fitness retailer to the King of Prussia Mall. The transac- tion was brokered by Brian Bruzek , first VP and Adam Kohler , executive VP, with CBRE|FAMECO representing the tenant in partnership with master broker Aaron Savin of Echo Retail . Located in the Plaza at the King of Prussia Mall, DICK’S Sporting Goods will sublease a portion of the second floor of Sears Holdings Corp.’s 215,000 s/f, two-story Sears depart- ment store. n Bethlehem, PA — NAI Summit’s MikeAdams assist- ed both the owner, HAF Inc., and tenant, Fresh Pet, in the lease renewal and expansion at 2450 and 2452 Brodhead Rd. in Bethlehem. Fresh Pet plans to use the 6,300 s/f office space. Adams also assisted both the new tenant, Anime Island, and the owner, Hefco, in the leasing of 1,200 s/f warehouse space at 941 Marcon Blvd. in
