Size: 339,000 Total SF High Construction provided construction management ser- vices for Madison Ellis Preserve, a new multifamily resi- dential community with amenities geared toward the emp- ty-nesters and young professionals. Located in Newtown Square, Pa., the community features three four-story build- ings totaling 339,000 s/f, a clubhouse facility, and an exten- sive courtyard. The apartment community features 251 one- and two-bedroom layouts with state-of-the-art amenities. The community clubhouse includes resident lounges, a fit- ness center, business center, billiards room, 24-hour package concierge area, pet spa, and bicycle storage. The extensive courtyard boasts a putting green, resort-style pool, outdoor yoga space, and an outdoor kitchen with TVs and seating, outdoor grilling areas, and an outdoor fire lounge.

Size: 400,000 SF Edison Village, Prism’s industrial-to-residential/retail re- development of the Thomas Edison Invention Factory and Commerce Center, centers on the transformation of the historic, 100-year-old Thomas Edison Battery Build- ing into The Residences at Edison Lofts. The last factory structure remaining at the 21-acre site (which is on both the National and NJ Registers of Historic Places) today features 300 rental apartments with original architectural elements, high ceilings and replica windows, along with a full suite of amenities. A partnership with the Thomas Edison Foundation will enable the incorporation of cu- rated artifacts from the adjacent Edison National Museum throughout Edison Village’s buildings and grounds.

Size: 226,000 SF Kinsley constructed this dual structure apartment complex located within Baltimore’s McHenry Row development. The Porter Street Apartments includes a parking struc- ture and two residential buildings, one seven-story struc- ture featuring 70 premium-style units, and one five-story structure featuring 153 units. The complex also features an expansive amenity package including a half-acre of out- door space, a heated pool, a fitness center, workspaces, dog washing stations and secure bike parking.
