E astern PA Haines sells and leases land in Schnecksville, Pa NAI Summit sells 145,000 s/f office building and retains leasing
A llentown, PA — John Crampsie and Matt Dorman of NAI Summit recently represented the owner in the sale of their of- fice building to 1550 Pond Road L.P. located at 1550 Pond Road in Allentown. This 145,000 s/f office building is also known as Winchester Plaza. Dorman also assisted the owner in the six year lease transaction with the nation- ally known payroll company, Paychex. They will be utilizing 18,000 sf of office space at 1550 Pond Road in Allentown. In a separate transaction, Jay Haines of NAI Summit represented the owner in a five year land lease to Thrifty Propane, Inc. Thrifty Propane sells only pure olefin-free HD5 propane, that lasts longer and burns cleaner to stretch your propane dollar and protect your family’s health. Haines also recently repre- sented the owner of 4313 Locust Drive, George Husack, Jr., in the sale of 3.39 acres of land to Eric J. Kumernitsky. A 6 acre lot located directly next to 4313 Locust Drive, adjacent to Rte. 309, is also available for sale. Haines also represented the owner, Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries, in the lease renewal with Dr. Barry A. Ruht, M.D. at the Medical Arts Building at Luther Crest located on 798 Hausman Rd. inAllentown. Dr. BarryA. Ruht, M.D. specializes in orthopedic foot, ankle & knee treatment. Haines represented the owner of the MacArthur Con- venience Center, MacArthur Industrial Park Associates III, in the lease renewal with Hess Jewelers for their retail space located at 3690 Lehigh St. in Whitehall. MacArthur Convenience Center is right off Route 145 (MacArthur Road) which pro- vides high traffic counts. With only one section still available to lease, this 1,200 sf prime retail space is located in an active, fully leased strip center a longing for a wide range of retail opportunity. n MacArthur Convenience Center
